Founded in 2023 to honor Chef Conor, who cooked for many and shared with everyone who would listen about the importance of a good meal, the Conor J. Casey Foundation was established to continue his legacy.
Our mission is to raise and distribute capital for non-profit organizations throughout WNY that provide sustenance to those in need, and to teach, encourage, and share knowledge about self-sustaining community food practices.
